O'Brien Glass are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Expert to work within our wholesale division to support our Padstow Distribution Centre.
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7.00am-3.00pm or 8.00am - 4.00pm
You will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our Wholesale customers upon purchasing glass products.
About the Role:
- Customer service face to face and over the phone
- Use system to advise availability of materials – stock checking
- Taking payments via EFTPOS
- General Administration duties
- Maintaining stock spreadsheets up to date
- Invoicing
- Creation of pick slips
- Confirmation of pick slips
- Basic reporting
- Booking / consigning transport when required
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships as required
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in a previous Administrator/Customer Service capacity (preferrable within a Distribution Centre/Warehouse Environment)
- Have strong customer service skills
- Thrive within a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with particular strengths in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and co-cooperatively within a team environment
