We have an amazing opportunity for a Warehouse Administration Officer to join their dynamic team based in Heatherton.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible to maintain and manage an efficient flow of work, ensuring phone calls and customer queries are attended to in an efficient and timely manner and that excellent lines of communications are maintained.
Your Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to.
- Answering customer enquires via telephone.
- WMS Data Entry
- Filing Records
- Customer Service reports
- Goods receipt advice & Purchase Orders
- Updating HACCP,Dairy Export and Biosecurity documents
- Pallet Reconciliation
