AddressTHE ROLE
Reporting to our Victorian Warehousing Manager and based at our depot in Kilsyth, our Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for completing day-to-day warehousing administration duties. Please note this is a casual role.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Specifically, you will:
- Cover the position of an employee on 6 months leave. Typically work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day.
- Generate necessary documentation and co-ordinate with sales and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Processes import shipments and receipts goods into our WMS system in accordance with our goods receipt process.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customers alike to coordinate bookings for both deliveries and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate the activities of 3rd party logistics providers to ensure orders are dispatched, replenishments completed, and inbound shipments are processed in a timely manner.
- Asist with general warehouse duties if required

Our ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Attention to detail, and the ability to easily follow processes.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, positive attitude, with a solution focused approach.
- MS Office Suite.
- ERP or WMS systems experience
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
