About the role
This role is key to ensuring that our online customers and retail store receive products in a timely manner.
Successful applicant will become part of the team working in our boutique warehouse.
This is a highly regarded role within the business, you will interact with several other departments on a daily basis so being sensible, confident, trustworthy, dependable and reliable is key.
Being super organised, having great attention to detail and being willing to make suggestions for improvements are all vital.
Key Duties
- Picking and packing, shipping customer orders
- Receiving inbound stock from couriers, scanning product into inventory and reconciling invoices against deliveries
- Allocating stock to orders and transfers
- Re-stocking shelves
- Transporting stock between store locations in Sydney metro area
- eBay admin, photographing and listing products, maintaining and updating eBay stores
Please note this is not a role for a forklift operator, however a current driver's license is essential.
Please note applicants for this role must have the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis as this is a full-time permanent role.
You will also need excellent communication, strong organisational skills and ability to show initiative.
An easy-going, adaptable attitude will help, as processes and job tasks can often change.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Warehouse experience will be highly regarded, though not essential as all training will be provided
- Current drivers' licence is essential (automatic SUV, no special license conditions)
- Experienced and confident ability to drive a mid-sized car within the Sydney metropolitan area
- Positive, upbeat, easy-going, can-do attitude is a must
- Safety and a good 'common sense' minded approach to completing tasks
- eBay and photography experience will be highly regarded
