About the Position:
Your responsibilities will encompass packing orders daily, engaging with customers, being creative & creating content.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and content, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to engage with our target audience effectively.
Everyday will be different from the other.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote products or services.
- Generating leads and following up on sales inquiries.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.
- Collaborating with sales meet sales targets and objectives.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Create and develop content for Urban Status across Instagram and Tik Tok, alongside our content creator.
- Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Pick & Pack Assistance Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the fulfillment of customer orders by picking items from inventory.
- Packing orders securely and accurately to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Ability to work in a physical role, with heavy lifting up to 15KG - 20KG.
- Managing inventory levels and performing regular stock checks.
- Coordinating with shipping carriers to arrange for timely delivery of orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse or fulfillment center.
Overall, this job role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable with sales, marketing, and operational tasks. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset are crucial for success in this role.
To be successful you will ideally have the following experience / qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in social media and content creation
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for fashion trends
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard working
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously and be adaptable to change
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with our brand
- Self-motivated and ambition to build a career
Schedule
3 Days in the Office - Approximately 18-20 hours per week
