We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Retail/Warehouse Assistant to become an integral part of our close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigating Shopify, Shopify POS and Shipstation systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in order fulfillment, stock organisation, and barcoding within our bustling warehouse.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing Retail Store.
- Handle incoming stock efficiently in a busy environment.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, sharing your passion for our products.
- Actively engage in sales initiatives on the shop floor to boost overall store performance.
- Uphold immaculate store presentation standards.
- Interact warmly and confidently with our four-legged customers.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- This role is a Monday - Friday role. Hours can vary from a 7am start and a 4pm finish.
- Flexibility to work weekends when needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a must.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with acute attention to detail.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and exude a positive can-do attitude.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tidy, punctual, and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team.
