We are a leading women's fashion brand that seamlessly combines the convenience of online shopping with the tactile allure of physical retail.
We are going through some exciting and rapid expansion in our e-commerce division, and to aid this growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Assistant who can support the Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and inputting inventory levels to ensure seamless product availability for both e-commerce and in-store customers.
- Unpacking deliveries by hand - your fitness will need to be good to complete these tasks
- E-commerce Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping of online orders as directed by the Warehouse Manager, ensuring timely deliveries while minimizing errors.
- Teamwork: Work professionally and respectfully of the broader warehouse team, a great attitude goes a long way at Motto!
Qualifications and Experience:
- 12 months “pick or pack” experience is preferred
- Good fitness and health to lift mid-heavy boxes regularly
- Demonstrated ability to take instructions and complete tasks autonomously
- Full drivers license and willingness to assist with our store deliveries if needed (this will be occasional when our dedicated driver is on leave)
- This role is very active and you need to be on your feet all day - for this position you need to be very fit, and be used to standing and walking for the entire day

Working Hours:
- 38 hour work week with variable shift times
- Most days 8:30am start, Usually Mondays 7:30am start
