Warehouse Assistant

Derma aesthetics is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team! This role will predominantly be Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm.Who We Are:Derma Aesthetics is a rapidly growing distributor of high-performance skincare and treatment devices retailed in leading skin clinics across ANZ.Based on the Northern Beaches, our portfolio of brands includes dermaviduals, EXCEED microneedling, epi nouvelle+ naturelle and MTS-Rollers.Our mission is to “change lives, not just skin”.As industry leaders in skin aesthetics, we continue to reshape the business of skin through science, innovative products and advanced education.Summary:Our Operations team are the heart of our business as you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory levels.Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all of our partners/clients
• Pick, pack & despatch client orders including opening orders
• Invoice, process & finalise orders using the inventory system
• Book orders for courier collection
• Prepare kits, promotional items, VIP gift boxes
• Prepare & send monthly exclusive stockist rewards, monthly therapist incentives & quarterly diamond rewards
• Efficiently organise the warehouse including restocking shelves & rotation of stock
• Ensure stock is in expiry date order, tidy & orderly. Overflow stock is labelled and kept in the flow.
• Alert the Warehouse Supervisor of stock running low as soon as you notice increase of order trends or stock levels decreasing
• Assist with general telephone queries and engage the most appropriate staff member to delegate queries to (where needed)
• Participate in weekly SKU checks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
