As a Customer Insights Coordinator with NGM Group, your primary role will be to coordinate Customer Research programs and related Marketing Analytics programs to drive continual improvements to customer experience and support delivery of NGM Group’s strategic roadmap.
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Coordination of customer and market research programs, including Market Sentiment Surveys, Brand Health Programs, Strategic CX Sentiment Surveys, and various CX Survey Programs.
- Engage in Customer Insights & Experience activities by supporting ongoing Customer Insights and CX support programs and initiatives.
- Provide robust research data support including defining customer segments, establishing business rules, extracting and analysing research data, and delivering insightful reports to our Brand and Marketing business unit and the broader Customer & Digital Innovation division.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate Customer Insights into business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data gathered and analyse data to produce actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Customer Insights, customer research, and/or marketing analytics.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in online survey development and experience management tools e.g. Qualtrics.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree or post graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
