Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver Representative

Tyremax is a leading tyre wholesaler with national distribution and well-established quality brands, and we are in pursuit of an energetic, competent and team-focused Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Representative to join the team based at our Darwin branch. 

Servicing our Northern Territory market, you will be working in a busy warehouse environment and be a vital part of our growing business. You will need to be well organised with excellent attention to detail, motivated and required to meet and exceed our OH&S requirements. As this is a dual role, you will be a valuable part of our Operations team supporting the smooth running of the warehouse and delivery of stock. We are looking for a strong team player who can offer a high level of customer service. Effective communication and time management skills are also important, as is the ability and desire to continually learn and update your skills.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships and provide high level customer experience
• Accurate and timely picking, checking and delivery of goods
• Collection of COD payments and appropriate cash handling
• Accurate reporting
• Unloading of incoming stock from delivery vehicles/containers
• Placement and maintenance of incoming stock into designated stock locations
• Processing of returned goods
• Assisting in carrying out of stock-takes
• Safe delivery of stock 
• Customer service

You must hold a current HR driver's licence and Forklift license to be considered for this role. 

Knowledge of Darwin metropolitan and regional areas, and experience handling large stock items within a warehouse and distribution environment will also be highly regarded.
