SalaryWe are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, receiving inwards and outward goods in a fast-paced and busy environment. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive and unload inbound shipments
- Prepare outbound shipments and ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain inventory control by organizing stock and conducting regular cycle counts
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized at all times
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
- Year 12 Completion or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Forklift Licence preferred
