The opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for a driven Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team in this newly created role.
Below is a list of the main functions of the role.
- Ensure all inbound ad-hoc freight is identified and correctly handled to allow for timely processing of eCommerce returns, store transfers and wholesale returns.
- Assist the inbound receipts manager in identifying and processing of inbound goods.
- Follow up on shortages on all outbound orders and perform necessary corrections or refunds as required.
- Perform stock checks and audits to ensure maximum inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the processing of outbound orders where possible.
- Maintain OHS standards in line with regulations.
- Perform warehouse tasks as directed by the warehouse Manager.
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds and faulty product orders.
- Keep a continuous feedback/reporting loop on customer service issues with the digital & eCommerce team and online customer support to work towards resolutions.
- Managing and resolving customer delivery issues with Australia Post.
- Daily processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds for all online stores.
- Liaising with warehouse team to ensure all orders are being dispatched correctly and on-time and communicating delays to relevant departments.

- Ability to work in a team, with strong communication and manage competing priorities.
