We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator and warehouse all-rounder to support our small and highly efficient team in this full time, permanent position!

Based at our site in Spreyton and reporting to the Area Manager, this is a truly dynamic, very hands on and fast paced role. Whilst you will be spending a lot of your time operating a forklift, you will also be responsible to effectively manage stock movement and overall ensuring that the warehouse is maintained in line with set KPI’s.

Key responsibilities include but not be limited to:

• Receiving and Despatch of stock
• Forklift Operation of Counterbalance forklift, loading and unloading trucks
• Arrange transport and associated costs to meet DIFOT target within set margins.
• Manage customer expectations and delivery schedule
• Advising account managers of slow-moving stock and maintain order levels.
• Ensure safe practices are always maintained and warehouse is kept clean.

What you will bring to the team:

• Must be highly experienced in operating a forklift within restricted spaces
• Good administrative and exceptional customer service skills  
• Solid computer skills including an understanding of Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
• Be a highly motivated, driven, and organised individual who master’s the art of problem solving.
