Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader this is a varied and hands on role focusing on the accurate stock receipt, picking and packing deliveries of our products ensuring the premium experience for our customers.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary, as 60% of this role will be spent in the office, doing data entry, processing orders, booking couriers and taking customer inquiry calls.
Previous Knowledge and experience in warehousing, including stock control is necessary, M1 business software experience and forklift licence would be an advantage. We are moving to MYOB Advanced, so experience in this would be an advantage.
Full time position, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 2.00 pm on a Friday and possible overtime during busy periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick and pack customers orders for delivery (including using a forklift when required)
Receiving stock including sorting and organising deliveries.
Courier company bookings including coordinating delivery times with customers and providing accurate delivery ETA to customers.
Work as a team member to complete team goals.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Literacy, numeracy & strong organisational skills
Eager to learn new skills
Comfortable using computers and computer systems.
Physically able
Punctual and reliable
High level of attention to detail with the ability to monitor stock quality and packing procedures.
A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others as needs a must and an ability to work with colleagues.
