About the role
The position is responsible for efficient management of warehouse and supply chain; maintaining effective inventory control and delivering high service levels to staff; customers and external contractors.
- Ensure all aspects of WHSE requirements are met.
- Plan, organise and manage warehouse operations by effective utilization of processes, manual handling equipment and space
- Ensure materials and equipment are prepared in advance to fulfil technician and approved service agent requirements
- Actively participate in cost reduction and improvements to warehouse operations.
- Manage all assets within forecast and budget and ensure accuracy in all physical movements.
- Ensure timely procurement of all equipment and inventory
- Provide technical and specification support to key stakeholders.
- Maintain strict inventory control process
- Complete all stocktakes and provide administration reporting within target guidelines.
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Forklift Licence - Essential (Site Specific Requirement)
- Prior experience with IFS and/or Pronto highly regarded
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent time management with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently, autonomously and with limited supervision
