Who will you be working for?
We are a long established corporate uniform provider, supplying to major pharmacy groups and medical sectors. The role would require you to oversee all areas of the production and manufacturing process.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up production schedules and timelines.
- Ensuring local and offshore production is cost effective and running on time.
- Forecasting local and offshore production.
- Raising offshore production orders and cut sheets.
- Review backorder reports and raise purchase orders for raw fabrics for local and offshore production.
- Stock replenishment for ongoing garments/styles in the range.
- Liaising among different areas, e.g: Suppliers and Makers.
- Ensuring critical path deadlines are followed and met.
- Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines.
- Working with specification sheets and measuring garments.
- Garment Specification Sheets.
- Other administrative work as required.
To be considered for this role:
- You will have a passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product.
- Garment construction knowledge.
- You will be hands on, self-motivated and organised
- Good communication and computer skills e.g: Excel etc.
- Willingness to learn as full training will be provided.
- Attention to detail.
- Data entry experience and accuracy.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in the clothing industry preferred.
- Niche software operating system preferred but not necessary.
