About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Coordinatorto our team to help us expand and provide total satisfaction to our customers.
As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day warehouse duties and operations in a safe and consistent manner.
Responsibilities- Collecting inbound orders and placing in the appropriate location, including checking off delivery dockets.
- Preparing outbound goods for couriers and booking pickups.
- Building a sound knowledge of supply parts and manuals.
- Maintain pump storage register for all equipment in yard/warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse and yard tidy, safe and orderly.
- Onsite support for operational teams as required.
- Continuous technical training budget for ongoing professional development
- Practical exposure - Opportunities to feel and learn about the projects and teams you are working on.
- Regular social and team bonding nights.
While you don't need to meet all of the criteria some of the key areas we are looking for in your background
- Prior experience working in warehousing, logistics or distribution.
- Ability to lift items up to 15kg unaided.
- Forklift license.
- MR License would be an advantage but not essential.
- A mechanical background would be an advantage, but not essential.
- This role would suit a very organised, proactive, self-motivated and flexible individual, who operates as a team player, but can operate efficiently as an individual as needed.
