Your new role
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering unbeatable customer service and supporting our contracting teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Unbeatable Customer Service:
- Execute the daily delivery plan to ensure timely and accurate stock delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
- Support quality installation by our teams
- Conduct installation inspections and manage stock returns and substitutions
- Ensure quality control and accurate stock management
- Support a team of installers and ensure WH&S safety standards are met
- Liaise with the sales team for difficult or unusual jobs
- Ensure accurate submission of contractors' return sheets
- Pay attention to detail in all processes
- Contribute to a dynamic and harmonious team environment
- Foster transparent communication and activities
What you'll need to succeed
Organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner
- Clean full driving license and LR/MR license (training can be provided)
- Forklift license required
- Physically fit with a strong customer service focus
- White Card for Building Construction
- Skilled in driving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) is a plus
- Residential building knowledge and ERP systems experience are advantageous
