We are pleased to be working with our current client based in Eastern Creek and are leading the search for Warehouse Customer Service Operators.
Your Role
The role of full-time Warehouse Customer Service requires you to gain an understanding and make a commitment to the values of the organisation whilst continuously exceeding the customers expectation (both internal and external). This is a varied role which will see you undertake a number of functions from Customer Service, sales support and internal clerical support.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and orders whilst using the Salesforce database
- Provide internal support in regard to product shipments and sales support
- Provide clerical and administrative functions including reporting, claims
To Succeed
- Experience in a Sales Support / Warehouse Admin role
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- 2+ years experience using SAP or a similar complex WMS system
