About the Role

As our Warehouse Administration & Dispatch Manager, your role will entail managing the activities involved with picking and on time dispatching of orders within the warehouse. You will manage the timely release and pick functions of orders in line with organisational schedules and assist in managing the required labour management to fulfil day-to-day requirements. You will be the go to for WMS system enquiries and help to ensure labour requirements are met day to day.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with company policies and vision.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Initiate, coordinate and implement optimal operational policies and procedures
- Be the go-to for warehouse related WMS troubleshooting whilst optimising storage solutions and streamlining operations.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to schedule deliveries and manage supply levels, ensuring stock availability and the correct grading of stock availability.
- Manage the prioritisation of sales orders, scheduling release of orders for pick and consolidating orders per schedule.
- Management of the daily workloads for three 3PL operational warehouses across ANZ.
- Prepare and analyse reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with transportation companies and internal departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Produce regular reports and statistics to provide feedback and monitor service quality, to provide 360-degree results and opportunities for development.
Position Requirements
- Strong expertise in a similar role within warehouse administration or management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators and warehouse management systems.
- High level of accountability and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude to drive results & achieve KPIs.
- Ability to build strong relationships, both internally & externally, with a focus on effective communication.
