About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to be part of a growing organization. RNC is looking for an experienced warehouse Supervisor who is looking to grow further in a challenging environment.

You will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the business. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and be comfortable to be part of a team. You will have the ability to manage a team to deliver desired outcomes.

The role will be based at our Scoresby site.

Responsibilities: Your duties will include but not limited to;

• Manage a team of warehouse/ driving staff.

• Working with speed and precision to complete daily tasks

• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

• Monitoring and maintaining effective inbound and outbound goods processes

• Ensure all orders are picked, loaded and delivered efficiently as required to Client Services, Production and Retail stores.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Ensure warehouse is operates at optimal capacity.

• Provide leadership and ensure team follow all instructions.

• Ensure that you are constantly learning and building on your knowledge base.

• Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager daily with regards to inventory and process updates

• There will be occasional Saturday shifts that may need to be covered

The successful applicant will:

Required work experience:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Lead or supervisor preferred.

• Formal qualifications in transport and logistics would be advantageous.

• Have a current Victorian Drivers License and current Victorian Forklift License

• Have a sound knowledge of Melbourne roads/ routines.

• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg regularly.

• Have the ability to communicate and work in a team environment.

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Maintain calm under pressure/ fast paced environment.

• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
