Role overview
As a Lead Consultant, you will work with clients to analyse their Supply Chain requirements. Prepare and facilitate workshops. Conduct process mapping and re- design through to process improvement, including system enhancements and implementations, across a wide range of planning and other Supply Chain disciplines. You will support or lead the delivery of selected planning work streams within our consulting assignments for the Company’s clients.
Role responsibilities
- Develop /deploy / enhance Demand Planning, Inventory Optimisation and Replenishment Planning processes and systems
- Lead and manage small to medium size projects
- Lead change management initiatives
- Lead, develop and mentor team members within the organisation
- Coach clients (mid-management down)
- Deliver customer proposals and presentations
This role requires a willing to travel across Australia.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be highly analytical focused and goal orientated.
- Operational experience, ideally 5 years+ with a recognisable international organisation
- Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimisation and Replenishment Planning processes and systems
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain
- Excellent judgement and understanding of when to escalate
- Ability to set realistic deadlines and complete work, and persuade others to complete work, on time
- Excellent communication skills
