Skills and experience required:

• Forklift licence - Essential 
• Positive & self-motivated attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Pick Packing Experience
• Accurate record keeping skills.
• Ability to follow procedures & instructions.
• Team-oriented and ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure effective day-to-day coordination & organisation of the Warehouse Team
• Work closely with the rest of the warehouse team, and the project & trades sales, finance, and security solutions departments.
• Work with the warehouse manager to ensure any person, plant or piece of equipment in the department are safe & operating in accordance with WHS policies and procedures
• Support a culture of well-being & safety within the warehouse team & the broader organisation 
• Support the Warehouse Manager to train & mentor staff
• Provide input to recruitment and performance check-ins as required
• Receive and process at Goods Inward
•  Process, Pack & Dispatch customer orders (Contract, general, A-Z & Online)
• Ensure all policies, procedures and work instructions are strictly followed
• Carry out month end activities.
• Carry out routine system checks
• File / Archive all relevant paperwork as per procedures.
• Manage and maintain all consumables
• Assist with processing credits
• Management of general and paper bins
• Ensure all stock is secure, maintained and accurately accounted for at all times
• Ensure all stock movements are documented as per company policies and procedures
• Coordinate and carryout a cycle counts and be involved in stock-takes
• Meet and where practicable exceed customers’ expectations both internal and external
• Ensure the department makes supply of products and service easy for our customers, and offer solutions when required
