The Opportunity:A new and exciting opportunity has emerged for a Warehouse Leading Hand to play a vital role in supporting the Customer Support Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small warehousing team, ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders.Being part of a compact yet highly efficient team, each day presents unique challenges and achievements. In the dynamic environment of a small parts warehouse, daily tasks vary, adding diversity to the role. Key responsibilities include providing assistance with customer orders, contributing to overall warehouse activities, acting as a direct point of contact for Customer Service Representatives, updating clients on order statuses, and assisting internal customers with technical and logistical inquiries when needed.This position offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career with a global OEM, providing pathways beyond expectations.
