The successful candidate will be responsible for the head office's warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria. Overseeing dispatching to Distributors, Customers and internal warehouses. You will work closely with our Management and admin teams to ensure timely dispatching of products and services by the Victorian Warehouse team.

• Manage Operations: Take charge of all operations within the Victorian warehouse.
• Freight Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders to guarantee prompt delivery of goods.
• Service Improvement: Collaborate with the Victoria state manager to enhance the Warehouse department.
• Supplier Liaison: Communicate with internal suppliers to maintain stock levels and meet customer demands.
• Safety Standards: Enforce safety and procedural standards within the warehouse.
• Purchasing Assistance: Support the purchasing team and assist with purchase orders from other suppliers when necessary.
• Teamwork Promotion: Encourage a team-oriented environment to drive collective growth initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in warehouse management or a comparable role.
• Understanding of freight forwarding and supply chain operations.
• Robust leadership abilities and the capacity to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for job-related purposes as required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Possession of a Forklift Licence
