We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the Rinnai team at our NSW Warehouse located in Wetherill Park.

About the role:

• Overall accountability for the Rinnai NSW Warehouse function
• Providing leadership and guidance to our team of Warehouse/Stores employees
• Ensuring that Rinnai's high standards of customer service and product fulfillment is maintained
• Taking a proactive role in driving Work Health Safety (WHS) standards and requirements
• Administration tasks related to warehousing and despatch coordination
• Preparation of orders from picking slips
• R/F scanning and forklift operation
• Picking and packing of goods for delivery
• Unloading, receipting and warehousing of all inward goods
• Drive stocktaking requirements and provision of relevant reporting
• Play an active role in identifying continuous improvement and change initiatives

About you:

• Your hands on style as a manager will see you actively assist the team with all warehouse related duties i.e unloading containers, fork lift work and the pick and pack of orders
• You will have sound experience in leading and managing a small team (approx. 7), including performance management, setting KPI's and day to day workflow management
• Solid experience in the overall management of large warehouse spaces (minimum 10,000sqm)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Management professional who has a hands-on approach, understands safety, has a high attention to detail, is team oriented and able to get the best out of people. To be considered for this role, you must also hold a current forklift licence.
