We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join an incredible team based in Blacktown. If you’ve worked in a Leadership capacity as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse 2IC and have experience managing people, inventory and have a solid background in SAP and WH&S regulations then we would love to hear from you!

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will use your pro-active, self-starter and exceptional multi-tasking skills to meet goals and challenge yourself to achieve even better results.

Duties:

• Report, manage and control inventory on a daily basis
• Manage, coordinate and assist the warehouse team in ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly
• Organise, plan and coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts, container and truck unloading/loading deliveries and liaison
• Collect and input data and report as required on a weekly and monthly basis
• Lead and develop staff, look after recruitment, onboarding warehouse staff, mentoring and performance management in conjunction with the operations manager whilst instilling a safety focused culture across the operation

Skills & Experience – Does this sound like you?

• Previous leadership experience is essential for this opportunity
• Previous leadership experience as a Warehouse Manager would be highly desirable. Warehouse team leader, warehouse supervisor or warehouse 2IC experience will also be highly regarded
• Previous systems experience using ERP, TMS, WMS and SAP is highly regarded
• Great communication, relationship building and presentation skills to present information on a one on one or group situation
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are highly desired (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Sharepoint would be highly regarded
• Adaptability & Flexibility – Ability to think outside of the square to make magic happen
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a positive attitude to ensure the team is going in the right direction and achieving.
• Ability to self-manage – show initiative and commitment towards completing assignments while being dependable and reliable
