Opportunity
We are looking to employ a Receptionist / Operations Assistant on either a Full Time or Part Time (School Hours) basis.
Previous experience is not essential, however we are looking for someone who enjoys to learn new things, will be able to think on their feet, will be proactive, and is not afraid to use their initiative.
Your duties and responsibilities will include
- General reception and administration
- Maintenance of Jobs using internal IRISNDT software
- Invoice preparation
- Calendar organisation
- Filing of test records
- Purchase Order Request & Receipting
- Co-ordinate maintenance of company vehicles
Skills and Experience
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Reliable and committed.
- Great interpersonal and comprehension skills to be able to deal with clients and staff.
- Strong work ethic and confidence to take initiative and work self-sufficiently in your role.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company as we continue to expand.
- Comfortable working in an Industrial Environment
- Current WA drivers’ license
