- Orchestrate the order dance: Assigning picking tasks, monitoring order fulfilment accuracy, and ensuring timely product dispatches to meet customer demands.
- Lead with purpose: Motivating and coaching your warehouse team, fostering a collaborative environment, and addressing any performance concerns.
- Safety first, always: Conducting regular safety checks, ensuring adherence to company protocols, and fostering a strong safety culture within the team.
