Warehouse Manager

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate daily warehouse shift operations to ensure staff and operational functions run smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with company and legislative policies and procedures.
• Meet budgeting targets and maintain high accuracy in picking, checking, and loading customer orders.
• Oversee loading of delivery vehicles according to Driver/Run requirements.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and career development for staff.
• Prioritize housekeeping standards and maintain communication with Supervisors, Branch Managers, and Sales team.
• Support Stock Control, Replenishing, and Supply Chain objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork accurately and promptly.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• Expertise in warehouse and distribution operations, with at least 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of the foodservice distribution industry, including cold store environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of HACCP and OH&S regulations.
• Excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, communicate effectively, and organize efficiently.
• Flexible, reliable, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Essential: Driver's license and Forklift license; HR license preferred.
