Your Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and shop front operations. This role combines physical tasks with customer interaction, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Management: Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and safe.
- Order Processing: Oversee daily orders, print labels and pick slips, pack and dispatch orders.
- Stock Management: Receive, unload, and manage stock deliveries with accurate data input.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with queries and product selection.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and negotiate rates.
- Reporting: Create and manage reports on sales, inventory, costs, and errors.
- OH&S Compliance: Manage OH&S for the warehouse and office.
- Returns and Pickups: Manage returns and local pickups efficiently.
- Customer Inquiries: Act as the escalation point for order-related enquiries.
- Stock Takes: Conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to achieve company objectives.
- Shopify Management: Update stock and website content using Shopify (full training provided).
- Pre-orders: Manage pre-orders and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Background in e-commerce and logistics with strong customer service skills.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, advanced administrative abilities, and proficiency in Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and Outlook.
- Attributes: Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and physically capable of lifting heavy items.
- Preferred: Forklift licence and OH&S experience are advantageous. Experience with Shopify, Starshippit, Asana, Reamaze, and Slack is a plus.

Additional Information
- Location: This role is fully on-site at our Headquarters in Currumbin Waters.
- Requirements: Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be available to work during school holidays, our busiest period.
