AddressLiquidia, a VDA Certified AdBlue manufacturer, is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor/manufacturer with a hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:
- Proven experience in leading a small team
- Eagerness to perform hands-on duties, including manufacturing and general warehouse tasks
- Proficiency in using electrical power tools and hand tools
- Capability in unloading/loading containers and trailers
- Skills in data entry, order booking, batch reporting, stock control, and testing of manufactured products
- Diligence in maintaining internal safety audits and tool box talks
- Responsibility for batch reports, manufacturing, and product testing
- Ability to lead and manage the warehouse independently
- Productivity in working and leading a team of two without supervision
Job Overview
The role requires collaboration with another warehouse worker and daily liaison with administrative staff. Shared duties will be physical and hands-on. The supervisor will oversee all warehouse operations, track manufacturing processes, and oversee all aspects of warehouse management. Responsibilities include manufacturing, testing, and batching of products, with training provided for basic maintenance of pumps and machinery. Reporting directly to the business owner, the supervisor will be expected to work independently and manage the warehouse staff, ensuring all operations are tracked.
