MooGoo is an Australian Skin Care company located in beautiful Burleigh Heads. It’s been over 15 years since we launched our first product, our Skin Milk Udder Cream, developed to help soothe our founder’s mother’s skin condition - psoriasis. Today, that one cream has turned into a line of over 40 products, ranged in over 5,000 stores Australia-wide.
The Opportunity
As a result of recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join the management team at our Head Office in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
You will be responsible for overseeing the warehousing & logistics operations in Australia, and across our locations globally in New Zealand, UK and USA.
Responsibilities
- Ensure MooGoo Warehouse Operations run efficiently & productivity is maximised
- Provide support, advise and actively manage Warehouse Supervisors to optimise performance at each site
- Provide effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and regular team building in order to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity
- Analyse day-to-day operational results for continuous improvement
- Work closely with inventory & stock management
- Identify & implement staff training and people development strategies
- Champion MooGoo’s fun, positive culture & family values
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in warehouse & logistics management
- Experience in managing large diverse teams
- Experience in Netsuite or similar software is highly regarded
- Able to analyse data and produce reports
- Effective communicator and collaborator with team members and management team
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic
