The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager managing key client accounts through a combined outsourced and inhouse Facilities Management Model.
Your Role:
Provide Account Management of various FM services to clients in the retail, manufacturing, defence and Property Management fields. A large component of the role is the responsibility for the delivery of Cleaning services through an inhouse delivery model of cleaners, in addition to managing a small team of sub-contractors that supply various FM services to these clients.
Key responsibilities:
- People management- Planning/scheduling of all cleaners to ensure the agreed soft services scopes are being delivered on client sites.
- Deliver subcontracted FM services in line with client contractual KPI’s though the support of allocated works order management administrators.
- Routine onsite meetings with clients, inclusive of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities.
- Managing onsite contractors ensuring full 100% compliance to all clients OH&S and induction requirements at all times.
- Managing and maintaining the ordering and stock of various cleaning consumables and chemicals used on sites.
- Reviewing and processing weekly Cleaner timesheets.
- Managing all incidents via Zancott Knight’s incident management system (including client reporting, entry of, investigation and action close out).
About you:
- Strong organizational & people management skills
- Strong Facilities Management background especially in cleaning services.
- Autonomous and adaptable
- Ability to prioritize tasks across the client accounts in scope.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the business.
- Commercial awareness and comprehension of business processes
