About Us: Glam Box is a rapidly growing hair and beauty warehouse that supplies a wide range of products to our online store customers and houses all the stock for our bricks and mortar store and our wholesale stock. We take pride in offering high quality products, and we're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Person to join our team and help us maintain the highest level of service.
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Person at Glam Box you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
• Order Processing: Process incoming orders efficiently and ensure all relevant paperwork and systems are up to date.
• Receiving Orders: Receive incoming inventory shipments and verify the accuracy of orders.
• Dispatching Orders: Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labelling.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications:
• Valid forklift license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Working with delicate products
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday.
• Currently, 24 hours per week with the potential for increased hours as the business grows.
