Warehouse/ Receptionist and Administration person
This position is currently based at Comtech – Unit 14 2 Case Street, Southport.
This is a full-time role 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will report to Carlos Mendes and Edrees Kakall. Your duties, responsibilities and position may change from time to time, to reflect the Company's changed business conditions. You may also be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities at the Company's reasonable direction to meet the Company's business or operational needs.
As this is the initial customer contact role, there is a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to our valued customers.
Your entire role will be centered on creating a lasting first impression by answering inbound phone or internet enquiries in a prompt professional manner. With further training, you will assist the customer by making relevant service appointments or directing to the relevant team member for further assistance.
Warehouse/ Receptionist and Administration personnel will be responsible:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and redirect incoming calls and emails.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized and presentable.
Receive and process incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock levels.
Operate and maintain the warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and tidy.
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
You must perform all your duties and responsibilities in a proper and efficient manner, with the professional skill, care, diligence, and timeliness that may reasonably be expected of someone in your position. You must always comply with the Company’s reasonable directions and act with integrity and in an ethical manner.
