Warehouse Pick Packer

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently looking to fill multiple packer positions for a busy Distribution Centre at Prestons NSW.

These positions will see you working within the order picking teams throughout different areas of the distribution centre. The site operates 24/7 with shifts ranging from start times of 2.30am, 5am, 11am or 5pm for 6 hour per shift. You must beavailable to work on the weekend and will be able to pick up additional hours during the busier times of the year.

The role will be responsible for:

• Accurate picking, packing, receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Managing orders.
• Controlling stock levels.
• Operating machinery (e.g. electric pallet jack or electric pallet rider) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Working within a fast-paced environment.

Successful Applicant Criteria:

• Previous pick packing / Warehousing experience (is highly regarded).
• Voice pick experience (is highly regarded).
• Be able to work weekends as the client operates 24/7.
• Good communication skills.
• Competent level of numeracy & literacy skills.
• Strong safety commitment
• Driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Full Australian work rights
