The Opportunity
Bunbury Retravision is seeking an experienced self-motivated and friendly full-time warehouse/store person to join their busy team, moving stock (picking, packing, shelving and storage) in our large warehouse and distribution centre.
About You
You will need a common-sense approach to safety and be able to safely lift a minimum of 15kgs as part of your duties.
You must have a valid current Western Australian Driver's Licence and a current forklift licence will be an advantage.
If you have next level tetris skills, you should fit in just fine!
Essential requirements
- A valid current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidays
- Physically fit to perform your role safely and efficiently with the ability to lift a minimum of 15kgs
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace, health and safety
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of picking, packing, shelving, storage, and deliveries
- Police Clearance (less than 2 months old)
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Desirable requirements
- A current Forklift Ticket would be an advantage
- Certificate in warehousing or similar
- Knowledge of best practice for pallet packing and unpacking
- A current First Aid Certificate
