Position Requirements
- Experience with a minimum of at least 2 years
- Sound computer skills and be able to work with MRP/Excel Spreadsheets/emails
- Understanding of and commitment to OH&S and QA policies and procedures
- Forklift License (Essential)
- HR License (Advantageous)
- EWP License (Preferable)
- Australian Residency (Essential)
Primary Responsibilities Include
External Stock Control
- Goods Inwards – receipting & storing of goods and ensuring smooth efficient workflow into Store
- Goods Outwards - prepare products for dispatch to internal and external customers
- Goods Returns – processing of damaged/faulty parts from suppliers and actioning their return in liaison with Purchasing Department
- Fork Lifting - loading and unloading trucks and other vehicles and internal stock movement.
Internal Stock Control
- Production/Service/Spare Parts Supply – picking and packing of parts in relation to a given schedule/job sheet/requisition
- Consumables/Bolt Supply – provide to and get updated lists from Production in order to replenish and maintain operational stock levels
- Goods Return – processing of damaged and/or incorrect parts from Production
- Store Receiving / Despatch – daily processing of parts requisitioned from and/or returned to Store
- Stock Checks -participate in cycle counts and stocktakes and variance resolution
- Store Improvements – assist and participate in general Store improvements
- General Store Duties – to be carried out when requested
- Administration – complete the appropriate paperwork/computer system processes and file all relevant documentation.
