In this role, you'll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. You'll optimize practices, collaborate with departments to ensure smooth day to day operations, and resolve any issues in a timely manner and address issues promptly. Required to spend a great amount of time in the office making sure training modules are up to date among other administration stuff.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Leadership and Industry Knowledge.
- Ability to lead, develop teams, and foster a productive environment.
- Effective resource management to meet workload within cost targets.
- Skill in reengineering work processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Ensuring team compliance with procedures.
- Understanding of Supply Chain as a service provider to internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills, given the office-intensive nature of the role.
