The Role

This role is suitable for people who strive to perform at their best, have a true passion for great service and outstanding results, aspire to build a career in  Real Estate and transition into the role of Sales Agent.

As a Leasing Consultant with LJ Hooker Manuka, you will be interacting with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. You will work with both the Property Management and Sales team while you learn all the skills required to become a successful Real Estate Sales Consultant. You will be trained by industry experts with real on-the-job training, and learn essential skills of Real Estate Sales.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Conducting private inspections for leasing 
• Attending open homes
• Conducting open homes call backs
• Application processing
• Prospecting for new clients
• New client onboarding
• Property marketing including writing ads and internet advertising
• Responding to tenant enquiries

Requirements

• Certificate of Registration Real Estate (minimum)
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and systems orientated
• Coachable and accountable
• Saturday work with a day off in lieu
• Own car and drivers licence
• Learn from an ‘A’ grade seasoned professional, who has trained the industry’s best

• Able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily with a diverse client base
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
