SalaryWorking as the supervisor of the Warehouse & Fulfilment team at our Brisbane Warehouse based in Banyo, you’ll have an intimate knowledge and interest in all facets of the warehouse including inventory control and staffing.
Requirements
Your role centers on:
- Supervising the daily operations of the warehouse and a small warehouse team,
- Overseeing the daily picking process to ensure orders are picked and shipped accurately, high attention to detail a must,
- Managing stock receipt from overseas (containers) and domestic suppliers, ensuring all incoming stock is accurately counted and receipted,
- Overseeing the local and domestic freighting of product to customers, ranging from high end retail customers to trade clients (builders, tilers and landscapers),
- Managing the flow of inventory through our ERP system with regular and accurate stock takes,
- Attending to clients and delivery drivers upon arrival to the warehouse,
- Lead the Warehouse WHS procedures,
- Initiate and recommend continuous improvement initiatives,
- Ability to work in a small team,
- Hands on role requiring a can-do attitude.

Requirements
- Experience in supervising a warehouse,
- Previous experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous,
- Numerate with strong organisational skills,
- Comfortable using computers and computer systems,
- Physically able, punctual, and reliable,
- High level of attention to detail.
