About our client:
The positions involve leading, pick and pack grocery products up to 20kg in weight, in a fast-paced and repetitive environment. You would be rostered on an average of 4/5 days a week, with each shift being but not limited to 6-8hrs.
The roles requires Mon-Sun availability for rostering:
Required skills & attributes:
- Ideally have experience as an order pick/packer
- Leading a team of 10+staff
- Proven track history of strong leadership skills
- Cold chill handling experience (highly advantageous)
- Great communication skills
- Must be available 5 days a week for rostering purposes
- Flexible with finishing times to ensure workload completion
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Hands on role with some computer duties
- High focus on quality, accuracy and productivity
- Motivated, hardworking and reliable
