A multi-award-winning Australian Manufacturing company based in Brendale is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the team in a fulltime position.
Hours: Mon - Fri 5.30am-1.30pm
Salary: 70k-75k + Super
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Stock up warehouse to maximum levels to cover local and interstate market sectors.
- Liaise with SYDNEY warehouse re: stock requirements.
- Organise daily and regional runs with transport companies to provide good service.
- Manage staff. Motivate and encourage team work to ensure the warehouse is run efficiently.
- Provide information and support to Customer Service in Sydney.
- Implement system of rolling stock takes.
- Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.
- Monitor timesheets and manage leave requests.
- Ensure all WHS requirements are maintain.
- Warehouse duties including operation of forklift.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Must have own reliable transport.
- Current forklift license
- Previous experience within similar role
- Excellent communication skills required - some communication to external stakeholders is required.
- Good computer skills (MS Word and Excel skills for analysis purposes)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience within similar role
- Ability to conduct self in a professional manner.
- High energy levels with a desire to make a positive impact on our business.
