As part of the recently established National Service Centre, we are seeking an experienced and motivated person for the position of Warranty Administrator to be based at our Head Office Branch in Kewdale.
You will be a part of the National Warranty Team where all training, guidance and supervision will be provided
Key Responsibilities- Lodging warranty claims for CAT and Konecranes
- Warranty reconciliation
- Monitor bulletins and WIP
- Utilise internal systems and manuals to identify parts, numbers and pricing
- Register warranty start dates for new machines sold.
- Receive warranty claim documentation and supporting information packages from branches.
- Liaise between OEM and branch to resolve claims
- Multi-tasking within the service and warranty team
The Successful candidate will require:
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in mechanical/mobile equipment service and/or spare parts environment would be an advantage.
- Work with minimal supervision
- Team player with great attitude a can do approach
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
- Problem solving
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
