Description and RequirementsWe are looking for a Warranty Billing Specialist responsible for invoice payment process and daily support to service providers on billing related queries.
You will be reporting to Services Operations Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on time communication and quality support to vendors regarding reimbursement plan, invoice payment issues and bank details update
- Verify the received invoices from vendors and updates in the Invoice database
- Submit invoices for payments via GFP tooling system or as offline payment files
- Cooperate with Treasury & AP team on invoice payments
- Support EMEA services team on billing data consolidations and manual billing validation
- Finance data maintenance & Exceptions processing
- Provide governance of ledger entries and interlock with accounting teams
- Regularly update Billing & Invoicing process documentation
Skills:
- Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue
- Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls in front of Service Delivery managers
- IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support area, preferred in Finance / Invoicing
- Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
- Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive team player with a positive approach
- Be able to work under pressure
Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
