About the role
Telwater is seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Warranty Coordinator in the Marine Industry. This full-time, permanent position is based in Coomera on the Gold Coast, QLD. As the Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warranty claims and coordinating related activities within the Marine Industry. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing and processing warranty claims from initial receipt through to resolution
- Communicating with customers, dealers, and service agents to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Working closely with internal teams such as Quality Control, Production, and Customer Service to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Analysing warranty data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the development and implementation of warranty policies and procedures
- Providing support to our Dealership network by ensuring accurate warranty information is communicated to customers
- Collaborating with suppliers on warranty-related issues and claims
- Maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims and related correspondence
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in the Marine Industry or a similar field would be advantageous. To be successful in this role you will:
- Have demonstrated knowledge of and experience working in the automotive or Marine Industry
- Preferably have marine or automotive technical service experience.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in automotive or marine parts interpretation. Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose faults and repairs
- Excellent customer service experience with the ability to navigate through difficult situations
- Commitment to providing valuable support to our Dealer network and product owners
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Drivers licence essential, with Marine licence preferred
This position will work out of our purpose-built factories and office based in the Marine Precinct - Coomera, Gold Coast. Working hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
