Our Telwater team is growing and we are currently looking for Paint Repairers to join the team.
About the Role
We are seeking a hard working, skilled Paint Repairer to work across our Large Boats and Plate Boats paint department. Duties will include preparing aluminium surfaces for painting, paint correction, colour matching, paint repair and quality control. This role is responsible for ensuring that our boats are painted and repaired to the highest standard possible.

Skills and experience
- Automotive or marine spray painting experience preferred
- Experience painting aluminium surfaces desirable
- Experience in colour matching
- Ability to identify & correct any surface blemishes
- Work within the established workplace health & safety policies
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to use other hand and power tools competently
- Attention to detail and take pride in work
