We are currently seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have a proven track record in customer service and administration, with the added advantage of service coordination experience, we invite you to be part of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate service requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution for marine equipment and systems.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams, providing clear communication and updates on service progress.
• Manage service schedules, prioritizing tasks to optimize efficiency and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of service-related components and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Implement and refine service protocols, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Retail / customer service experience
• Industry experience is a plus - but not essential
