What you’ll love
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate Key Client Account Manager to joint our Team in Western Australia!
Working alongside current Client Liaison Officers and Account Managers, you’ll work closely with existing client accounts across the waste, water and energy service areas, whilst maintaining positive and long-lasting key business relationships.
Comprised in the role:
Ensure your client accounts / projects are profitable and deliver on their promised objectives.
Work with the Business Development Manager and greater IMS team as required on new business development opportunities.
Strive for continuous business improvement in relation to the client sites and accounts that you manage.
Develop new skills in the waste, water and energy fields that assist the business increase its capabilities.
Ensure that the business leads the waste sector in safety / environmental performance and identifies and manages its key HSE risks.
Provide technical assistance to the call centre / support / clients.
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Gain the cooperation of other Client Liaison Officers and Project Managers to ensure your client sites and contractors are compliant and operationally functional.
About you:
Several years’ experience in customer-focused roles, preferably in the waste, water, or energy management industries
Tertiary qualification in the areas of business, environment or waste management are highly regarded
Exceptional reporting preparation software skills across PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload
Flexibility – as hours of work may vary depending on business requirements and may require some interstate travel
